CuraBook is built by Nimbus Labs ("we," "us," "our"). We designed CuraBook around a simple principle: your data stays on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Data We Collect

Data Stored on Your Device

CuraBook stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Photos you import into the app (stored as compressed image data)
• Lists, tier lists, tags, captions, and organizational structures you create
• App preferences and settings

This data is stored using your device's native storage system. It is never transmitted to us or any third party. We have no ability to access, read, or recover your data.

Photos & Camera Access

CuraBook requests access to your photo library and camera solely to allow you to import photos into the app. Photos you select are processed and stored locally. We do not upload, scan, analyze, or transmit your photos in any way.

No Cloud Services

CuraBook has no backend server, no cloud database, and no sync service. There is no account system, no authentication, and no remote data storage. Your content exists only on the device where you created it.

No Analytics or Tracking

CuraBook does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers, or tracking pixels. We do not collect usage data, device information, or behavioral metrics.

No Third-Party Services

CuraBook does not integrate with or transmit data to any third-party service. When you use the share/export feature, your content is handed off to your device's native share sheet — we do not control or monitor what you do with it from there.

Data Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all CuraBook data at any time by deleting the app. Uninstalling CuraBook permanently removes all associated data. There is nothing stored remotely that would need separate deletion.

Children's Privacy

CuraBook does not collect any data from anyone, including children. Because no personal information is collected or transmitted, there is no data processing subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar regulations.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated effective date. Because CuraBook does not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly — we recommend checking this page periodically.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CuraBook, a mobile application published by Nimbus Labs ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using CuraBook, you agree to these terms.

What CuraBook Does

CuraBook is a local-only photo curation app that lets you organize photos from your camera roll into ranked lists, tier lists, and tagged collections. All data is stored on your device. The app does not require an internet connection to function.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, lists, captions, tags, and any other content you create within CuraBook. We do not claim any rights to your content. Because your content is stored only on your device, we have no access to it.

Acceptable Use

CuraBook is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Redistribute the app or its code outside of authorized channels
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

Exported Content

CuraBook allows you to export lists as images and share them via your device's share sheet. You are solely responsible for the content you export and share. Exported images may contain a "Made with CuraBook" watermark.

No Warranty

CuraBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Because all data is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining backups of any content that is important to you. We cannot recover data lost due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nimbus Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of CuraBook. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.

App Store Terms

Your use of CuraBook is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the terms of the platform from which you downloaded the app. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the platform's terms, the platform's terms shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of CuraBook after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CuraBook shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
